SAUNACORE MODULAR SAUNAS

Classic Style

CLASSIC & BAY STYLE
Saunacore's most common sauna is the traditional clear western red cedar sauna room. Western red cedar is renowned for its high impermeability to liquids and its natural phenol preservatives. It is ideally suited for exterior and interior use where humidity is high. The cellular composition of cedar, millions of microscopic air filled cells, provides a high degree of insulation. Cedar's natural oils are the reason it is decay resistant and in rich colour. This makes Saunacore saunas the best of its kind and most durable.

POPLAR GLASS

Poplar Glass

Saunacore's second line of prefabricated modular saunas are constructed with a minimal amount of poplar and the wall partitions are constructed of glass. These modules are matched with Saunacore's sauna heaters made entirely of #304 brush finished stainless steel. People who suffer from allergenic sensitivities specifically use these saunas. This combination has a nontoxic heat exchange when in use. There is no use of adhesive during fabrication of these saunas. This quality of sauna is extensively used in the medical field.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Bay Style

All three types of saunas consist of pre-built, pre-fitted wall and ceiling panels, pre-hung door, heater, rocks, heater guard, back rest, light, pre-made benches, vent louver, duck boards and all necessary hardware. Complete custom capabilities are also available for panel type saunas. Optional wood choices include Clear Western Red Cedar, Clear Hemlock, White Spruce, and Clear Redwood. Saunacore ensures that every detail is made certain. Benches are assembled from the bottom while all walls are blind nailed to assure that no metal is exposed in the sauna. You may also choose different style doors for a unique characteristic to your liking.

SAUNACORE COMMERCIAL SAUNA HEATERS

Saunacore heaters are manufactured to meet stringent quality standards to offer you all the benefits of a relaxing, restoring sauna experience.

Safety - The body of the Saunacore heater runs cooler than any other heater. A cooler running heater also reduces the possibility of harm should you accidentally touch the heater during your sauna.

Durability - Saunacore heaters use very low density elements with little radiant heat. The lower the density, the longer the life of the heaters. Saunacore heaters also use a triple wall in stainless steal construction, and a 304 brush finish for the outside wall.

Energy Efficient - Saunacore heaters are designed to heat the sauna room, not the heater itself.

Comfort - Water can be plumbed directly into the heater with its own cutoff valve, eliminating the need to always throw water on the heater.

BETTER HEALTH
NATURALLY

The Sauna is an age-old proven method to natural health. A few minutes spent in thermostatically controlled temperatures allows your skin pores to expel waste matter the natural way. Your body is able to breathe again! This is because, unlike the steam bath, the governed low-humidity heat of the sauna gives your skin the unparalleled beauty treatment it deserves.

When followed by a swim in the pool or cool shower, your entire body is lifted to refreshing relaxation which is later rewarded with renewed vigour and vitality.

SAUNA-USE PROCEDURES:

5. May stay in sauna for desired length of time.

6. When completed having a sauna, rinse your body with cool water to close pores and continue bathing.

7. Leave sauna on for approximately 10-20 minutes when finished in-order to let the heater and sauna dry out completely.
